Quarter Beef Package

Description

Approx. 100 pounds and will require a 3.5 cubic foot freezer.
We like to have our beef dry aged for 18 days prior to processing, but this depends on the processor’s availability.
We have the cuts split as evenly as we can into each quarter from the half of side of beef. You will receive at least one cut of each type.

• T-Bone steak (1.5 pounds) 1 package
• Porterhouse (1.5 pounds) 1 package

• Fajitas (4.5 pounds) 3 packages
